Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
To fully use mae44 services, you must register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Information provided during registration—including name, phone number, and verification details—must be true and belong to you. mae44 reserves the right to verify user identity at any time and may suspend accounts during verification.
Each user is allowed to have only one active account. Holding multiple accounts violates these terms and may result in closure of all related accounts along with freezing of any balances. You are fully responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities occurring under your account.

Platform Usage Rules and User Responsibilities
Users agree to use the mae44 platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations. Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, automated software or bots, or any attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
Users are prohibited from sharing login details, transferring accounts, or selling accounts to others. Any attempts to disrupt platform functionality, breach system security, or access other users’ data are serious violations that may result in legal action and immediate account closure.
Mae44 reserves the right to monitor platform usage to ensure compliance with these terms. If any suspicious or violating activity is detected, we reserve the right to take appropriate actions including suspending or closing accounts without prior notice in cases involving security or fraud.

Payment and Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the mae44 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made using approved local payment methods including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, DuitNow, and regular bank transfers. Each deposit is subject to minimum and maximum limits that may change from time to time.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to necessary verification processes. Accounts not fully verified may face additional limits or delays in withdrawal processing. mae44 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents to verify identity before approving any withdrawal, to ensure transaction security.
All successfully credited deposits are non-reversible. In case of any transaction disputes, users must contact mae44 support within 30 days of the transaction date. mae44 is not liable for any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment providers.
Liability Limits and Account Management Policy

Mae44 strives to keep the platform operational 24/7, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. Bets or transactions interrupted by technical issues will be handled according to established procedures.
Account Suspension and Closure
Mae44 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts under the following circumstances: violation of terms and conditions, fraudulent or suspicious activity, use of false information during registration, or at the user's own request. In cases of serious breaches, account balances may be frozen pending investigation. Users wishing to voluntarily close their accounts must contact support and settle any pending transactions first.
